I kid you not, this ant was 1 inch long. You know a bug is big when when the locals start taking pictures with their cell phones.

I recently saw an oso palmero/ oso hormiguero ( however you want to call the anteater)... anyway, I'm guessing that if he tried to bring that bicho through his snout, it would have plugged him up.
